Q: How do I change my delivery address?
A: Please send us a chat, email or give us a call and we will happily update this for you, you can also update this information in the "My Account" section on the website.
If you have a product that has already been dispatched, please contact the freight company the tracking details provided to you and have it redirected (note this will be up to the freight company on whether this is possible or not)
Q: What other details can I change or update
A: You can update your preferences such as marketing collateral, as well as your email address, phone number and delivery address. We can happily do this for you notified via chat, email or phone call or please log into your My Settings and update.
