Q: How long will it take to deliver my order?
A: We dispatch all items in stock on the same day of order (If placed before 12pm). This generally means your items is picked up and on it's way to you super fast. The standard delivery can be as quick as 1 business day, however depending on the courier we anticipate most orders to be delivered between 1-5 business days. All confirmed orders are emailed tracking details and this is the best way to stay up to date with where your order is.

Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes of course, all orders can be picked up from our HQ at 4 Dalton Street, Upper Coomera, 4209. Unfortunately no other pickup options are available at this stage. Please check out our opening hours on our website for all collection times. (Note no bookings are required)

Q: Can you ship my order to the post office?
A: Unfortunately note, all items must be shipped to a residential or a commercial address.

Q: What if I am not home when my order is going to be delivered?
A: You can easily select Authority To Leave when placing your order, or alternatively you can arrange with our courier partners on a time frame to deliver.
